I’m 19 and I’m majoring in film and tv at Boston University.
I started to teach myself photography 5 years ago. At first, I took pictures for school events. Then I found that landscape photography is fascinating, so I began to shoot Time-lapse videos for about four years. Three years ago, I started to teach myself filmmaking skills through books and videos, and from school’s classes. Every part of the filmmaking process has never attracted me as much as right now.
I love the way that both photographs and films record my life. I like to back to the pictures I took and the films I made. They record my journey and present my perspectives to the world. I enjoy bringing my gears while traveling with my family. What’s more meaningful than recording the best times of a family?
My mind and life change a lot because of photography and filmmaking.
